Nothing is more predictable than change and it depends on us how we shape and fill the gap between old and new ways.
More than 20 years ago I started as Monika Stache my work in consulting in the area of selecting personnel and human resources development. Since then I broadened my scope of work and added coaching and organizational development.
Over the years colleagues joined my team and provided new impulses and areas of work. Now I can relay on a dependable network of partners. Finally, I changed my name to the one of my husband Joachim Reichel, who is also a member of the team.
Changes are often difficult to plan and we find it difficult to recognize positive aspects of a professional change. It is our goal regarding organisational as well as individual change processes to look for chances of creativity. This new space will be utilized and filled with knowledge and ideas.
