Since 1988 I have been working as a psychologist focussing on organizational psychology. My focus is on supporting organisations as well as individuals in developing and broadening their potential.

My work is based on valid methods of personnel psychology as well as many years of experience in the field. Before starting Stache consulting I worked at management level in personnel development and sales in various companies.

It is important for me to work in such a way that my clients can recognize the structured and methodological solid approach. In complex change processes success is dependent on keeping a balance between a supporting structure and providing a comfort zone on one hand and openness for new possibilities on the other hand. Only this balance ensures sustainable development.
