The more solidly the process of the employee selection is designed, the safer and more successful you in your personnel decisions.

We advise and accompany you in all steps of the employee selection process: from the demand survey and the definition of required profiles via ad design, a systematic preselection of the applicants up to structured interviews which we carry out and/or develop and train.

Another focus of our work has been the design and implementation of assessment centers for many years. It is important for us to make visible the resources  that are relevant to the company success. Therefore, these selection instruments are designed by us in principle individually. At the same time, we place emphasis on a pleasant and transparent process for the applicant in the presentation and execution. These principles apply both to group and individual procedures.
