Monika Reichel

Since 1988, I have been working as a graduate psychologist with the main focus on work, business and organizational psychology. In 2001, Stache Consulting was established and ever since we support companies, organizations as well as individuals in developing business employees.
As head of Stache Consulting I have been combining and testing methods of business psychology for many years now. Thus, I acquired knowledge as a business manager especially in the areas of personnel and sales. It is important for me to follow methodically comprehensible and structured ways. Especially in major change processes, keeping balance between preserving structures and at the same time being open minded to new strategies is of utter importance when it comes down to staying ahead of competitors.

,More than twenty years ago, I started working as a consultant for Monika Stache in HR and personnel development. Since then, the areas of organizational development and coaching have been added.
In the course of time, further colleagues have introduced new topics and accents to the team and have been at the disposal of me since then as reliable cooperation partners. Finally, I accepted the name of my husband Joachim Reichel, who is also a team member.
Changes can not always be planned, and the positive part in professional change processes is not always immediately clear to us. Therefore, our goal to always look for new possibilities and to design personal as well as organizational related change processes
will be put to good use them creatively with ideas, knowledge, potential thinking, and decisions.
